Kia Jeng Koh

Koh Kia Jeng is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He is Co-Head of the Construction and Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice groups, with experience across a wide range of civil and commercial cases, including insurance, sale of goods, joint venture and shareholders' disputes, employment, building and construction, insolvency, and international commercial arbitration.

Kia Jeng has advised main-contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, owners and developers on building and construction disputes arising from onshore and offshore EPC contracts, civil and infrastructure projects, and mixed-use developments. He has also acted for creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners in restructuring, recovery, enforcement, schemes of arrangement, and judicial management matters. He has handled disputes involving cross-border insolvency issues, fraud, cyber-fraud, and injunctive relief, including Anton Piller orders.

Kia Jeng holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2002). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
