Lee Ping

Lee Ping is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in dispute resolution, international arbitration, and restructuring and insolvency. Her practice encompasses a diverse range of litigation and arbitration work, including employment, insolvency, shareholders' and other contractual and tortious disputes.

Lee Ping has acted as Lead Counsel in obtaining interlocutory injunctions to restrain former employees from joining competitors in breach of restrictive covenants in World Fuel Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd v Xie Sheng Guo [2019] SGHC 54 and MoneySmart Singapore Pte Ltd v Artem Musienko [2024] SGHC 94. She has also acted for the Envy Companies and their liquidators in a suit to recover approximately S$45.7 million in commissions and profit-sharing, and for Superpark Oy in unwinding the voluntary liquidation of its Singapore subsidiary, resulting in a landmark Court of Appeal judgment clarifying the ambit of provisional liquidations. She has represented multinational corporations, local and foreign listed companies, insolvency practitioners, funds, fund administrators, investors, company directors, and high‑net‑worth individuals across the full spectrum of contentious employment disputes, including retrenchments, disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Lee Ping holds an LL.B (Hons) from King's College London (2011) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2013.

She has been recognised as a Future Star in Labour & Employment by Benchmark Litigation (2026) and a Recommended Individual in Restructuring & Insolvency by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2026).
