Lin Yu Mei

Lin Yu Mei is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. She advises both listed and private companies on corporate finance, M&A, and joint ventures, and regularly assists listed companies with cross‑border listings, fundraising exercises, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Yu Mei has acted for Ever Glory United Holdings in its S$17 million placement; as Singapore counsel to Tai Sin Electric on its US$12.3 million acquisition of Baywa R.E. Solar Systems; as Singapore counsel to Uni‑Fuels Holdings for its NASDAQ IPO; as Singapore counsel to UMS Integration on its secondary listing on Bursa Malaysia; and advised on a RM 1 billion hotel development project in Penang. She has also acted for UMS Integration on its S$51 million placement, as Singapore counsel to a buyer in a US$180 million acquisition of an SGX‑listed company, and as Singapore counsel to banks on asset financing for maritime groups.

Yu Mei holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2018) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
