LOH Jen Vern

Loh Jen Vern is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in capital markets law. Her main areas of practice are fund raising, capital markets transactions (including initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, rights issues, REITs and business trusts) and general corporate law.

Prior to joining WongPartnership, she worked in a regulatory role at the Singapore Exchange. She has been described by clients in The Legal 500: Asia Pacific as "responsive, diligent and knows her stuff."

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
