Melissa Ng

Melissa Ng is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Lee & Lee in Singapore. Her practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, handling a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation work.

With a focus on corporate and commercial disputes, Melissa has acted for listed companies, private corporations, partnerships and individuals in matters involving contract, directors' duties, partners' duties and shareholders' rights. She has also represented local banks and financial institutions in banking disputes, debt-recovery claims and enforcement matters, and has advised corporations and financial institutions in liquidation and judicial management proceedings.

Melissa is on the panel of lawyers for medical negligence insurers and acts for medical professionals in civil suits, complaints to the Singapore Medical Council, disciplinary proceedings and coroner's inquiries. Her other areas of experience include employment disputes, estate litigation and landlord-tenant disputes.

She graduated with an LLB from the National University of Singapore in 2007 and was called to the Singapore bar in 2008. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
