Tiong Teck Wee is a Partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice and International Arbitration Practice, and Co-Head of the Sustainability & Responsible Business Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in dispute resolution. He advises clients on complex, high‑value, cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional commercial and corporate disputes, representing global MNCs, state‑owned entities, public and private corporations, and high‑net‑worth individuals before the Singapore Courts and in international arbitrations under SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules. He also advises on investor‑State disputes and investment treaty arbitrations.

He has acted for clients in a broad range of disputes, including contract, shareholders' and joint venture disputes, company fraud and mismanagement and minority oppression claims, M&A, private equity, banking and finance, commodities trading, energy, and property and infrastructure disputes. He regularly appears before the Singapore Courts to enforce arbitral awards, set aside or challenge awards, obtain interim and injunctive relief, and in other arbitration‑related matters. In his capacity as Co‑Head of the Sustainability & Responsible Business Practice, he advises on ESG and sustainability‑related matters, including greenwashing, ESG disputes, climate‑related litigation, directors' duties, and carbon credits and trading. He regularly writes and speaks on disputes, international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, and ESG‑related issues at international conferences and in leading publications. He also conducts advocacy workshops for lawyers and serves as a tutor at the National University of Singapore.

He has been recognised as a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation Asia‑Pacific (2025), named as one of ALB's Rising Stars Singapore 2024, and recognised by The Legal 500 as a key lawyer in dispute resolution.
