Fang Yi Too

Fang Yi Too is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice groups, focusing on corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring, equity and trusts, fraud and conspiracy issues.

He has acted for corporate clients and individuals at all levels of the Singapore Courts and in arbitration institutions. Notable matters include acting for the appellant in the Court of Appeal in Ho Yew Kong v Sakae Holdings Ltd, a seminal case involving breaches of fiduciary duties, minority oppression and derivative actions with claims exceeding S$35 million; acting for the plaintiff in Ho Yew Kong v ERC Holdings Pte Ltd involving express trusts, constructive trusts and Quistclose trusts; and representing a High Net Worth client in a dispute between directors and shareholders of a leading food and beverage group with claims exceeding S$40 million.

Fang Yi holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2016) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017. He represented NUS and Singapore at various international legal competitions, including the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition and the International Negotiation Competition, where he emerged as 1st Runner Up.
