Seow Hwei Mar

Seow Hwei Mar is a Senior Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She handles civil and commercial litigation with a focus on medical, insurance, employment, banking and contractual disputes.

Seow Hwei has successfully defended hospitals, medical practitioners and insurers in numerous high-value medical negligence suits, including cases involving claims in excess of S$2 million, and has represented doctors in successful appeals against disciplinary findings by the Singapore Medical Council. She also advises and represents clients at coronial inquiries and in disciplinary proceedings, and provides advisory and drafting work on insurance contractual documentation and healthcare-related regulatory matters.

Seow Hwei holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2003).
