Benjamin Goh

Benjamin Goh is a Director in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Drew & Napier, focusing on commercial disputes and employment law. He has experience across all levels of the Singapore courts and in international arbitration.

He maintains a broad disputes practice, including shareholder disputes and property-related litigation. In his employment practice, he advises on employment considerations in mergers and acquisitions, workplace safety and health compliance, trade union and foreign manpower issues, workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, retrenchment exercises, terminations and wrongful dismissals, and the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants. Notable cases include acting for the employer in Prashant Mudgal v SAP Asia Pte Ltd [2026] SGHC 15, a landmark decision which affirmed the implied term of mutual trust and confidence in Singapore and reduced the employee's claim of around S$5 million to nominal damages; acting for Underwater World Singapore in dealing with workplace safety and health breaches after its diver was killed by a stingray; and successfully acting before the Court of Appeal for a medical company in a claim for breaches of fiduciary duties, conspiracy and breaches of confidence (Centre for Laser and Aesthetic Medicine Pte Ltd v GPK Clinic (Orchard) Pte Ltd).

Benjamin holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2016) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
