Michael Pek

Michael Pek is an Associate at A&O Shearman in Singapore. He advises on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters. His clients include banks, distressed debt funds, large corporates, facility and security agents, insolvency practitioners, and international financial institutions.

During his time at the firm, he completed a secondment at the firm's Singapore office. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the start-up space, co-founding two start-ups and working in a Singaporean venture capital fund. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

He holds an LLB (Hons) from King's College London (2016) and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2020. He speaks English.
