Faith Magdelena Quek

Faith Magdelena Quek is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law.

She has advised and assisted liquidators in their discharge of duties in the administration of the affairs of companies undergoing liquidation, and has represented creditors in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.

She has also acted for corporate organisations and individuals in contentious and non-contentious matters including shareholder-director disputes, construction and property disputes and employment disputes. She has experience handling tax and regulatory offences, criminal charges and personal injury claims.

Her practice areas are asset recovery, restructuring and insolvency. She holds an LLB (Distinction) from Singapore Management University and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore.
