Stanley Tan

Stanley Tan is an Associate with Bird & Bird ATMD with over three years of experience practising in the field of Restructuring and Insolvency. His primary practice area is Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law.

He graduated from Singapore Management University and was called to the bar in 2022. He has worked on matters involving dispute resolution and corporate transactions as well as general advisory work.

Since he was admitted to the Singapore bar in 2022, he has acted for and advised debtors, creditors and insolvency professionals in both distressed and insolvency situations. He has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, transactional work including restructurings and general corporate advisory work, and working with international counsel from various jurisdictions.

He values collaborative work, adopting a team-based approach and incorporating various perspectives in achieving the best solutions for clients in legal practice.
