Chan Wei Meng

Chan Wei Meng is a Director in the Corporate Restructuring & Workouts practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. He focuses on corporate and individual insolvency and restructuring work, including schemes of arrangement, judicial management, liquidation, and cross‑border restructuring exercises, as well as investigations into fraud, accounting irregularities, and securities trading.

Wei Meng has been involved in some of the largest restructuring matters in Asia, with over 23 years of experience advising liquidators and judicial managers on operational, management, and creditor issues. He has also handled contentious commercial, shareholder, and employment disputes. He is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (2001) and as a Solicitor of England and Wales (2007).
