Mingqian Ding

Mingqian Ding is an Associate at A&O Shearman in Singapore, focusing on Banking and Finance Law. Her practice focuses on the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds.

She has extensive experience advising private fund sponsors on the formation of commingled funds, co-investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, and funds-of-one. Her work also includes representing institutional investors in investments in private funds and in secondary transactions.

Her expertise covers funds and asset management.
