He has been involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and domain name matters. He has worked on matters such as the day-to-day management of global and regional trademark portfolios, conducting trade mark clearance searches, intellectual property ownership restructuring projects, and devising strategies for clients to obtain intellectual property protection around the world. He also has experience coordinating and advising on multi-jurisdictional intellectual property enforcement matters, such as trade mark opposition and infringement.

On the regulatory front, he has advised clients on applicable advertising, labelling, consumer protection and licensing regulations in Singapore, enabling clients to launch their products in Singapore efficiently and minimising potential regulatory roadblocks or issues.
