Sean Lee

Sean Lee is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, specialising in Intellectual Property Law. He advises clients on IP, data and technology issues in the context of investments and acquisitions, commercial transactions relating to software development and licensing, and music and film productions.

Sean assists clients with IP strategies and the commercialisation and protection of IP assets, regulatory compliance for IT rollouts and app launches, and data protection compliance under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. He has advised on data processing and transfer arrangements, drafted data agreements and privacy policies, and assisted foreign clients with transfer impact assessments for data exports from the EU to Singapore. He also acted for a top European football league in obtaining a site-blocking order to block access to copyright-infringing content.

Sean graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (Magna Cum Laude) in 2020 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2021. He placed on the Dean's List twice and competed in various international moot competitions.
