Shreya Kittur

Shreya Kittur is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Drew & Napier, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She focuses on complex and cross‑border litigation and arbitration, as well as pre‑dispute and non‑contentious advisory work, with particular expertise in investment treaty and commercial arbitration.

Shreya has represented clients in arbitrations under ICSID, SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules across seats including Singapore, England, and India, and under governing laws including Singapore, Korean, Indian, and English law. Notable matters include representing more than 700 holders of Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 bonds in three mass investment treaty arbitration proceedings against the Swiss Federal Government arising from the controversial write‑down of the bonds; representing a Korean manufacturer in two SIAC arbitrations for claims worth more than US$387 million; representing a major Korean conglomerate in obtaining anti‑enforcement and anti‑suit injunctions in ICC emergency arbitration proceedings; and representing a technology company in successfully resisting the setting aside of an arbitral award in DWE v DWF [2026] SGHC 106.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2019), where she represented the university in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot, and an LL.M in International Business Law with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2025). She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2023.
