Steven Seow

Steven Seow is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and private equity. He has extensive experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions across various industries, including infrastructure projects, real estate development, hospitality, media and telecommunications, healthcare, education, and technology.

Steven has represented major Singapore and international corporate clients and private funds on complex transactions and high-value projects, including BOT projects, management agreements for hotels and branded residences, and project and syndicated financing. His practice encompasses both domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings, and private financing transactions.

Steven holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989.
