Tan Kai Liang holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (Kathryn Aguirre Worth Memorial Scholarship) and an LL.B. (Hons) (First Class) from the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the Law Society of Singapore Book Prize and the Shook Lin & Bok Prize. He is a published co‑author of the Singapore Chapter in International Commercial Arbitration: International Conventions, Country Reports and Comparative Analysis (CH Beck, Hart & Nomos, 3rd edition).
