Tony Yeo is a Director in Drew & Napier's Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution departments and Head of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He is a litigator with an active court practice, representing leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies, government statutory boards and listed companies in intellectual property litigation and enforcement, including patent, trade mark and copyright disputes, as well as civil and commercial litigation.
He has acted as lead counsel in numerous complex patent infringement cases and has been appointed by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) as an IP Adjudicator. He is the President of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) – Singapore Group, a member of the Law Society's Inquiry Committee and Disciplinary Tribunal, and a member of the Examination Board at IPOS for registered patent agents. He has co-authored the Singapore chapter of Global Pharmacovigilance Laws & Regulations and the Singapore chapter of Patent Enforcement in the UK and Trans-Pacific Countries.
Tony holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1992.
