Bryan Goh

Bryan Goh is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, specialising in Intellectual Property Law. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, passing off, and registered design infringement.

Bryan has advised on copyright compliance, assessing infringement risks and the availability of fair use exceptions for data-driven and content-based uses, and on compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in the employment context, including employee monitoring systems and data breach incidents. He also advises on consumer protection and advertising regulatory requirements, as well as employment-related contractual disputes.

Bryan holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2024) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2026. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
