Amy Yap

Amy Yap is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in real estate law, property transactions, and real estate finance. She advises on sales and purchases for individuals and corporations, real estate financing and refinancing, Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) matters, and development work for developers.

Amy has extensive experience across a wide range of property types, including condominiums, landed properties, commercial units, office units, industrial properties, and JTC factories. She has been involved in collective sale deals, including the sale of five bungalows in Balmoral Crescent, Eastern Mansion, and Paramount Hotel & Shopping Centre – the first collective sale in Singapore involving a hotel and a retail mall. She is described by clients as having "familiarity with our needs [that] has been invaluable" and has been supporting clients in investment and development matters for over 20 years.

Amy holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1988) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 1989.
