Blossom Hing, SC is a Director in Drew & Napier's Dispute Resolution and Co-Head of the Corporate Restructuring & Workouts practices. She is a Senior Counsel focusing on complex dispute resolution, international arbitration, and cross-border and domestic insolvency and restructuring.

She appears before the Singapore High Court, Appellate Division and Court of Appeal, and has conducted arbitrations under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, AIAC and IICRA rules. She handles corporate and commercial disputes including shareholder and derivative actions, trust claims, crypto-related claims and contentious insolvency matters. Notable cases include obtaining landmark decisions on the location of cryptoassets in the liquidation of Three Arrows Capital (Cheong Jun Yoong v Three Arrows Capital Ltd), acting in the US$2.64 billion restructuring of Hyflux Limited, advising on the USD916 million debt restructuring of Brightoil Petroleum, and acting for companies in the Pacific Andes/China Fishery group restructuring. She also conducts internal investigations into corruption and compliance for multinational corporations.

Blossom holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1996) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1996. She is on the SIAC, HIAC and AAA-ICDR panels of arbitrators and is a member of the court of arbitration of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre and a council member of the ICC Institute.
