CHAN Yu Xin

Chan Yu Xin is a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and Private Wealth Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in family law. Her main area of practice focuses on matrimonial disputes, including high‑net‑worth divorce, separation, division of assets (including the tracing and preservation of assets), maintenance issues, and child‑related disputes involving international elements. She has represented clients before all levels of the Singapore courts.

She also has experience in the non‑contentious resolution of family law issues, regularly acting in the negotiation of prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, separation agreements, and other out‑of‑court settlements, including private and court mediation. She frequently advises clients on wills, estate matters, mental capacity issues, adoption, and succession planning. She is a member of the Family Law Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. She has been recognised as a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation.
