Dominique Yap

Dominique Yap is an Associate in the Corporate Practice at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and cross‑border transactions. She advises clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions across a range of sectors, including healthcare, financial technology, and logistics.

Dominique has acted for Far East Drug (B.V.I.) Co. Ltd on its successful bid for the purchase of shares in Fullerton Health; Templewater Hong Kong Limited on its acquisition of a majority stake in OncoCare Medical and Novena Heart Centre; and Codega Fund, L.P. on its purchase of shares in Fullerton Health. She has also acted as Singapore counsel to a U.S. semiconductor company on the redomiciliation of its Cayman subsidiary to Singapore, and advised a logistics solutions provider and a Japanese conglomerate subsidiary on amalgamations of Singapore‑incorporated entities. Her practice also includes general corporate and regulatory matters, and she has experience in capital raising and corporate restructuring.

Dominique holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nottingham (2021) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2023.
