Andrew M. Lim

Andrew M. Lim is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity. He was previously Co‑Head of the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department and has advised clients on numerous market‑leading corporate and M&A transactions, as well as on regulatory and compliance matters.

Andrew's clients include multinational corporations, listed and non‑listed companies, financial institutions, and private equity firms. He has deep expertise across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, with a strong focus on delivering commercially sound and strategically aligned advice.

Andrew holds an LL.B. (Hons) and an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986 and has been a Partner at the firm since 1993, having previously served as an investment banker.

He serves on the Legal Service Commission, the Governing Board of Duke‑NUS Medical School, and holds directorships at Jurong Engineering Limited, Constellar Holdings, PIL Pte.
