Edmund Leow, SC

Edmund Leow, SC is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group, specialising in Tax Law. He has three decades of experience advising multinational organisations on cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing and tax disputes, and also advises on international trade issues such as customs, WTO and free-trade agreements.

Edmund leads the firm's Trust, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice and advises high-net-worth individuals, private banks and trust companies on personal tax, trust and estate planning, and succession planning for affluent families. He is the Singapore representative of Dentons' Family Office and High Net Worth Sector. In 2017, he was appointed Senior Counsel, making him the first and only Tax and Trust lawyer to receive this accolade nationwide. He previously served as a Judicial Commissioner at the Supreme Court and as Deputy Chairman of the Income Tax Board of Review.

Edmund holds a Bachelor of Laws, First Class Honours, from the University of Cambridge (1986).

He is recognised as a Leading Individual for Tax by Chambers Asia Pacific (2019–2026) and for Private Wealth Law by Chambers High Net Worth (2020–2026). He is ranked in the Hall of Fame for Tax and Private Wealth and Family Law by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and is named in the Asia Business Law Journal's A-List – Singapore's Top 100 Lawyers (2023–2026).
