Elizabeth Winy

Elizabeth Winy is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and corporate reorganisations and restructuring. She advises clients on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and fundraising exercises across a range of sectors, including media and entertainment, technology, and healthcare.

Elizabeth has provided employment advisory support to Liberty Insurance in connection with its consolidation in Singapore; advised NBCUniversal Media on a corporate restructuring and spinoff exercise; assisted Satoro Pte. Ltd. with its seed fundraising rounds and a group restructuring; advised Ellah Lakes Plc on legal due diligence for the acquisition of a Nigeria subsidiary; and assisted Vertex Ventures in a Series A investment in Quantified Energy Labs. She has also advised StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation on a NASDAQ-bound SPAC transaction with DigiAsia Bios, and a Singapore-based F&B company on a joint venture to establish operations in India.

Elizabeth holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2017) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2019.
