Kee Min Lee

Lee Kee Min is a Partner and Deputy Head of Dentons Rodyk's Finance department, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He represents financiers and borrowers in bilateral, club, syndicated and cross-border finance transactions, and handles real estate financing for the acquisition and development of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Kee Min has advised on significant transactions, including acting as Singapore counsel for China Development Bank Corporation and Bank of China Limited in a US$751 million syndicated loan facility for the China Minmetals group, and acting for a group of banks in the financing of CMA CGM's near S$3.4 billion acquisition of Neptune Orient Lines Limited. He also acted for a subsidiary of GSH Corporation in multi-million syndicated facilities to finance the acquisition and redevelopment of Equity Plaza, and for a borrower in a S$500 million syndicated facility for the acquisition and development of a Grade A commercial building.

Kee Min holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2008) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2009. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

He is recognised as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Banking and Finance by IFLR1000 and was named one of Singapore's Rising Stars by Asian Legal Business (2023).
