Linda Bai

Linda Bai is a Partner (Foreign Law) in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice department and Deputy Head of the China Business Group, specialising in Tax Law. She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer and an Accredited Tax Advisor in Singapore, focusing on assisting Chinese companies with outbound investments through Singapore as a regional hub.

Linda has extensive experience advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families on private wealth needs, including the establishment of family offices, trusts for tax and succession planning, CRS reporting, and investment immigration matters. She regularly guides clients in discussions with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on tax incentives, the Global Investor Programme, and other immigration schemes. She also provides tax counsel to multinational corporations on international tax, corporate income tax, GST, and stamp duty issues, and has assisted in tax dispute resolution and due diligence.

Linda holds a Master of Laws in Corporate & Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore (2014) and a Bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University (2011). She is a member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
