Keith Lam

Keith Lam is a Director in the Tax & Private Client Services practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Tax Law. He has wide‑ranging experience in tax dispute resolution as well as tax transactional advisory matters spanning income tax, stamp duty, and goods and services tax.

Keith has acted for clients at all levels of the tax dispute resolution process in Singapore, including before the Income Tax Board of Review and the Valuation Review Board, and has appeared before the High Court and the Court of Appeal in several appeals. He advises on the tax implications of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, capital reorganisations, and company re‑domiciliation, with significant cross‑border elements and the application of Avoidance of Double Taxation Treaties. He also has expertise in conducting deep‑dive group‑wide tax due diligence and has assisted in the resolution of tax audit and investigation matters without criminal prosecution.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2013) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014.
