Ong Sim Ho is Deputy CEO of Drew & Napier, Director of Strategy & Transactions, and Tax Counsel, specializing in Tax Law. He designs and leads complex, cross‑disciplinary transactions, advising on bespoke corporate, commercial, and family matters where strategic judgement, structuring creativity, and execution are central. He is dual‑qualified as a lawyer and chartered accountant and brings a strong board‑level perspective to his work, including on governance stress and crisis management.

Sim Ho has over 25 years of experience advising on strategic restructurings, structured finance, cross‑border asset migration, and special‑situations engagements across banking, insurance, energy, multinational, and private wealth sectors. He reframed a multi‑billion dollar restructuring for major Asian banks that was conventionally regarded as impossible, achieving completion within record time. He designed an unprecedented use of overnight syndicated loans exceeding USD 1 billion to resolve decades‑old inter‑company balances for a renowned family office conglomerate, clearing the matter within weeks. He has structured complex real estate joint ventures and developments for some of Singapore's largest commercial and mall developments, including Ngee Ann City Towers, Wisma Atria, Jurong Point Shopping Centres, and CapitaGreen. He has led board‑led crisis management for hostile management buy‑outs, charity board disputes, and decade‑old family probate disputes, resolving them with multi‑lateral compromises. He also advises on governance matters for public companies, insurance companies, and family offices, and engages in policy advocacy on fiscal and revenue law matters.

Sim Ho holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London (1993) and a B.Acc (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (1993). He is a Barrister‑at‑Law of Lincoln's Inn, an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, an Accredited Tax Advisor for Income Tax and GST of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore). He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
