Lye Yuan Jun

Lye Yuan Jun is a Director in the Tax & Private Client Services practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Tax Law. She advises clients on Singapore tax issues in advisory, transactional, and contentious matters, covering income tax, goods and services tax, stamp duty, property tax, and cross‑border taxation, as well as the application of specialised tax regimes to particular sectors.

Yuan Jun assists multi‑national corporations in structuring their business operations and investments in Singapore, supporting them on group reorganisations, financing, re‑domiciliation, and intra‑group arrangements relating to capital structure, intellectual property holding, and employee remuneration. She also guides clients through the various stages of the tax dispute life cycle, applying the particularities of each business model to legal arguments in support of the tax treatment.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2015) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2016.
