Low Kah Keong is the Head of the Asset Management & Funds Practice and a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in asset management, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He advises sponsors, fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, and insurance companies on private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, and regulated collective investment schemes, including the Singapore Tax Resident Fund Scheme and licensing under the Securities and Futures Act and Financial Advisers Act.
