Paul Wong is a Senior Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Groups at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in dispute resolution, construction law, and international arbitration. He has extensive experience acting as counsel in numerous construction disputes, both in arbitration and litigation, with a specific emphasis on engineering-related issues, representing developers, quantity surveyors, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.

Paul has acted in major infrastructure projects in Singapore, including the MRT Circle Line contracts, the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System contracts, the Marina Barrage contracts, the MRT Downtown Line, and the MRT Thomson Line contracts. He also served as Singapore law counsel for PPP projects including the SMU Hostels, MOE Schools, NUS University Town, Changi NEWater, and the Sports Hub projects. He advises on construction transactions, including drafting various forms of construction contracts, and has acted for a leading international school on a S$300 million campus upgrade programme and a premier golf club on its clubhouse redevelopment. His practice also encompasses banking and insolvency, shareholder disputes, insurance claims, employee-employer disputes, fraud cases, and international contract and sale of goods claims.

Paul holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1991) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1992. He is also admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Malaysia (1998).

He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an Arbitrator on the Law Society of Singapore's Arbitration Scheme Panel, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and the Society of Construction Law.
