Rachel TAN

Rachel Tan is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Her main areas of practice involve mergers and acquisitions, covering both public and private transactions and general corporate and commercial transactions.

She is recognised as a “Next Generation Partner” in Mergers & Acquisitions by The Legal 500: Asia Pacific. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from University College London and has been called to the Singapore Bar.
