Shaun See Tow

Shaun See Tow is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He is dual qualified as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a solicitor of England and Wales, with significant experience in cross‑border banking and financing transactions and consensual work‑outs.

He has acted for a major creditor in connection with the restructuring of approximately US$900 million in debt owed by the Borr Drilling Limited group, as part of the group's overall restructuring of its secured debt amounting to more than US$2 billion in aggregate. He has acted for a private equity fund on a financing collateralised against its investment in a food and beverage producer and distributor, and for Starhub Ltd on a bridge loan extended to MyRepublic Holdings Ltd in connection with Starhub's acquisition of MyRepublic Broadband Pte Ltd. He has also acted for a leading Southeast Asian bank on its approximately S$156 million financing for the acquisition of a regional pharmaceutical distribution group, and for a global private equity firm on a convertible term loan facility to a gas distribution network owner and operator.

Shaun holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2014) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2023. He has been commended by clients in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for his "strong industry and market knowledge" and his ability to provide "practicable solutions for the business."
