Sze Min Aw

Sze Min Aw is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her areas of practice include international arbitration, commercial litigation and mediation, with extensive experience in professional malpractice litigation and healthcare law.

Sze Min has acted for state-owned enterprises in ICC arbitrations, major international banks in SIAC arbitrations, and defended healthcare professionals in medical negligence and defamation suits. Notable matters include successfully defending a neurosurgeon in a high-value medical negligence claim and representing a public listed company in major insolvency proceedings. She also advises healthcare and financial institutions on risk management and compliance systems, and is an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Sze Min graduated from University College London with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class, Upper) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2014. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
