Teh Hoe Yue

Teh Hoe Yue is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in capital markets law, real estate investment trusts, and business trusts. He has extensive experience acting for REITs and business trusts on initial public offerings, and continues to advise issuers after listing on acquisitions, joint ventures, follow‑on equity offerings, convertible bonds, and regulatory and compliance matters.

Hoe Yue has acted as transaction counsel in the IPO and listing of Manulife US REIT, the first US REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange; Cromwell European REIT, the first Pan‑European REIT and first Euro‑denominated listing on the Singapore Exchange; and Hutchison Port Holdings Trust, the largest IPO of a business trust on the Singapore Exchange. He has been cited as an expert in Who's Who Legal: Capital Markets, a highly regarded practitioner in IFLR1000, and a notable practitioner in Chambers Asia‑Pacific and Chambers Global.

Hoe Yue holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006. He joined the Firm in 2006 and has been a Partner since 2011.
