Teng Wei Ng

Ng Teng Wei is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Projects department and Co-Head of the Energy practice, specialising in Infrastructure Law. He handles a wide range of projects, financing and commercial work, particularly in infrastructure projects and mergers and acquisitions across Singapore, China, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Teng Wei has advised on the development of major energy and infrastructure projects, including a 2 x 660 MW coal-fired thermal power facility in Vietnam with related project financing, multiple coal-fired power plants in Indonesia involving a joint venture with an Indonesian SOE, and a 4 x 50MW wind power project in Vietnam covering acquisition, power purchase agreements, EPC, O&M and financing. He also advises on banking and finance transactions, including cross-border facilities for acquisitions and project financing, and M&A work spanning investments in cocoa production facilities, nickel smelters and healthcare joint ventures.

Teng Wei holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore (2016). He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

He is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in Projects and Energy by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific (2026).
