Ulanda Oon

Ulanda Oon is an Associate Director in Drew & Napier's Blockchain & Digital Assets Practice Group, specializing in Fintech Law. She advises on a diverse spectrum of transactions involving blockchain and distributed ledger technology, including DeFi, DePIN, RWA tokenisation, and AI Agentic solutions, understanding the technical, legal, and commercial aspects of the space.

Ulanda has advised a Web 3.0‑focused venture studio on the launch of various digital asset tokens, including multi‑jurisdictional structuring and regulatory advice; a stablecoin issuer on regulatory and corporate structuring pertaining to stablecoin and governance token launches; a Singapore‑licensed crypto derivatives exchange on its acquisition by a large crypto player; and a fintech company in its US$60 million Series C financing round. She also advises large multinational companies on regulatory implications of Web 3.0 governance participation activities and has worked on acquisitions involving regulated fintech companies and wealth managers.

She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
