Yeo Boon Kiat

Yeo Boon Kiat is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in energy, infrastructure, projects, and public-private partnerships, as well as corporate and commercial transactions, technology, media and telecommunications, and employment matters. He advises on renewable energy and energy transition arrangements, project development and structuring, operational matters, and industry-specific regulatory and compliance issues.

Boon Kiat has acted as project counsel for financiers, sponsors, developers, and government agencies on infrastructure and PPP projects in Singapore and the region. Notable matters include advising the Land Transport Authority on the concession agreement for the Singapore-Johor Bahru Rapid Transit System Link; Grab Holdings Inc. on its acquisition of Uber Technologies' Southeast Asian operations; and advising on Singapore's Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network Project, including SingTel's sale of infrastructure assets and the subsequent S$2.3 billion IPO of NetLink NBN Trust. He also regularly advises on procurement, agency and distributorship, equipment lease and maintenance arrangements, contract manufacturing, and employment matters including contracts, incentive plans, and collective bargaining.

Boon Kiat holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2010.
