Margaret Chew

Margaret Chew is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, where she previously headed the Knowledge Management team. She has extensive experience in legal education, having served as an Assistant Professor and Sub‑Dean at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, where she taught company law, contract law, and securities regulation. She is the author of "Minority Shareholders' Rights and Remedies" (3rd Edition, 2017, LexisNexis) and has published articles in legal journals on company law and governance. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1993, the Hong Kong Bar in 1990, and Gray's Inn in 1989.
