Zhang Yiting

Zhang Yiting is a Partner and General Counsel at Shook Lin & Bok LLP. In this capacity, she manages internal governance and risk, and advises the firm on litigation and regulatory compliance matters, specialising in legal advisory and compliance.

She joined the firm in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in civil litigation, restructuring and insolvency, and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for and advised multinational corporations, listed companies, insolvency practitioners, funds, fund administrators, and high net worth individuals across a wide range of matters.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2015) and is an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore (2016). She also holds a Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore, 2020). She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
