Cherlyn Seah

Cherlyn Seah is an Associate Director in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She also serves as a member of the Employment and Healthcare Practice groups, providing advice on corporate and commercial matters with a focus on technology, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.

Cherlyn has advised on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including fund‑raising, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, and bespoke commercial arrangements. She acted for a precision oncology company in a US$20 million Series A funding round, advised a super app company on its employment share incentive plan involving options and restricted share units, and represented a state‑owned business in negotiations with a SaaS provider for the development of a national bank application, advising on complex technology and IP issues. She also advised The Association of Banks in Singapore on the incorporation of Singapore Payments Network, a new payments entity set up by MAS and ABS to drive national payments objectives.

Cherlyn holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2018) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
