Sue-Ann PHAY

Sue‑Ann Phay is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, corporate governance and compliance, and general corporate and commercial advisory work.

She has extensive experience advising on public and private M&A transactions, private equity investments, and corporate restructuring. She spent several years as in‑house counsel at a property company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, which gave her front‑line business experience and a strong appreciation of commercial realities, enabling her to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
