Kenneth S Lim is a Partner in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He advises on joint ventures, equity fundraising, corporate restructuring, and general commercial contracts, acting for private equity firms, strategic investors, and corporate clients on both local and cross‑border transactions.

He has a special interest in the sustainability sector and has advised clients on investments into carbon project developers and sustainability consultants. In 2024, he was seconded to GenZero, where he worked on carbon project and climate technology investments. He also regularly advises clients on charity‑related matters, including charity establishment, compliance with charities regulations, and conversions of charities from registered societies to companies limited by guarantee. He has acted for Singtel on its joint venture with Telekom Malaysia to develop and operate data centres in Malaysia, and for AirPower Technologies Limited on its acquisition of shares in Smart‑Gas Pte. Ltd., a Singapore‑based cross‑border industrial gases distributor.

Kenneth holds an LL.B. (Hons) from University College London and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
