Daselin Ang

Daselin Ang is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in capital markets law, debt capital markets, and banking and finance. She has substantial experience advising issuers, arrangers and dealers, and trustees on listed and unlisted debt offerings, including retail offerings in Singapore, the establishment of medium term note programmes, consent solicitations, and bond redemptions, as well as high‑profile asset securitisations.

Daselin has acted on numerous complex capital markets transactions and has considerable banking experience, advising both borrowers and lenders on bilateral facilities, loan syndications, acquisition and project financing. Her practice spans both debt capital markets and general banking and finance, with a particular focus on structured and cross‑border transactions.

Daselin holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2004) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2005. She is also a non‑practising solicitor of England and Wales, having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2008. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 2005.
