Ernest Teo

Ernest Teo is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in real estate law. He advises property developers on the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. He also has extensive experience in direct and indirect acquisitions, including en‑bloc acquisitions, real estate financing, commercial leasing, and real estate investment trusts.

He has acted for Sentosa Development Corporation in the parcellation and sale of land parcels in Sentosa Cove, Singapore, and for many property developers in their acquisition of Government Land Sales sites from URA, HDB, and JTC for property development. He has advised on en‑bloc acquisitions including Amber Gardens, Katong Park Towers, Eunosville, Tulip Garden, Golden Mile Complex, Meyer Park, and Delfi Orchard, and assisted property owners in asset enhancement and redevelopment projects involving their existing property portfolios.

Ernest holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1994. He joined Allen & Gledhill in 2001.
