Jessie Lim

Jessie Lim is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She advises publicly‑listed and privately‑held entities, private equity funds, and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions, including banking schemes of transfer and trust schemes of arrangement, with significant experience in both domestic and cross‑border transactions across banking, shipping and logistics, oil storage, technology, and consumer, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

She has acted as transaction counsel for CVC Capital Partners and other sellers on the US$1.2 billion sale of PT Softex Indonesia to Kimberly‑Clark Corporation, and advised Ascott Residence Trust on the S$1.2 billion combination with Ascendas Hospitality Trust to form the largest hospitality trust in Asia Pacific, awarded the M&A Deal of the Year (Midsize) at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2020. She also advised CapitaLand Commercial Trust on the S$2.1 billion acquisition of Asia Square Tower 2 from BlackRock Asia Property Fund III L.P.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2013) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2014. She was seconded to the London office of a magic circle law firm during her time at the firm.
